Line of descent

The Connor family's earliest records only stretch back into the first quarter of the 19th century. The family were strongly linked with the British Army and served in the Crimean War and other conflicts. Moving to England, the branch of the family from which Teresa descends found themselves in the East End and the North of London. There are strong ties with the Irving, Eves, Cox and Hanley families.
